Comprehensive Program

The Comprehensive Program allows individuals to dive deeper into their leadership roles. Over eight months, each participant receives six to eight hours of one-on-one coaching where they achieve personal breakthroughs, receive balanced feedback, and learn to leverage their strengths. They gain greater confidence in decision-making and navigating difficult relationships and become less tactical and more strategic leaders for the organization.

Foundations Program

Our Foundations Program provides six sessions of training and coaching for leaders ready to grow new skills that most only learned through expensive trial and error. By helping individuals lead themselves before leading others, participants experience the mindset change needed to inspire motivation within individuals and teams.
